The Feldenkrais Method is a unique approach to bodywork and movement therapy that enhances self-awareness through gentle, mindful movements. It’s designed to improve posture, flexibility, and overall physical function by retraining the nervous system and releasing habitual tension patterns.
During a Feldenkrais session, clients experience subtle, guided movements that help them move more freely and efficiently, promoting relaxation and relieving pain. This method is perfect for those seeking to improve mobility, reduce stress, and enhance their overall sense of well-being.

Awareness Through Movement Classes
Awareness Through Movement Lessons are an investigation into self and one's habitual, unconscious patterns. Students are guided through a series of gentle movements. Using awareness, self observation and sensation, you will learn to move in the most easy, graceful, and functional way. Old parasitic patterns are discovered and new, more healthy and whole patterns are engaged.
Some things to expect from lessons: New discoveries about oneself and one's self use, decreased pain, increased mobility, improvement in mood and emotional state.
Functional Integration Sessions
In a private, one-on-one lesson I will help you notice what you do as you initiate movement, how you maintain patterns of movement, that restrict you, and then give you new and more functional patterns to explore and integrate, The personalized lessons will help you improve with what you may be struggling with physically.
Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch to ease restrictions and improve cerebrospinal fluid flow, supporting natural healing and alleviating stress, tension, and chronic pain
Thai massage combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compressions to enhance flexibility and relieve muscle tension. Practitioners use their hands, elbows, and feet to apply pressure along energy lines, promoting balance and relaxation. This dynamic, full-body therapy also stimulates circulation and aids in the body's natural healing processes
A La Stone Massage uses heated stones and massage techniques to relax muscles, improve circulation, and relieve tension. The warmth promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation
